the test is continued until the lamp is thermally stabilised. a stable condition is reached, if the lamp cap temperature does not change by more than 1k in 1h the lamp shall withstand the extreme electrical conditions for at least 15min , after stabilization is reached. 1 p: t. 是否还需要150%功率施加完毕，恢复到正常工作电压直到热稳定。机构是否还进行绝缘电阻试验？3 P" ?9 C$ D& v9 J5 s
