‘standby mode(s)’ means a condition where the equipment is connected to the mains power source, depends on energy input from the mains power source to work as intended and

对于产品来说，通常为插电，但是产品不在主工作模式.

待机功率——通常指产品接通电源，没有运行主要功能前的一种状态（待机或待命状态）消耗的功率。

如果要测待机能耗得根据样品实际使用情况来具体区分，不一定所有的产品都是测待机能耗。
1 E+ o, h- e, G4 |3 N产品可分为待机能耗和关机能耗，两者有可能同时适用标准要求（家电产品标准EN 62301:2005。IT产品标准EN 62087：2008）
