家电安规只有CCC/CQC认证中，与电弧接触的材料才做评估。UL做材料认证时也会用到类似的测试。

一般假定为材料为Ⅲa/Ⅲb, 爬电距离如果合格，那就没必要做漏电起痕了，除非不合格，那就要做漏电起痕了。

Normally, CTI index is for materials, not for the end products, so if your products are end products, no need to consider this question, anyway you need to evaluate some of your suppliers conformity with this CTI performance, such as the plastic material, PCB and etc.
