应该不是指元器件的，60598 CLS12.3.1温度测试中提到Ta+10，如果产品有声称Ta，那么Ta按照声称，如果没有声称Ta取25度。 搞不清楚Ta到底指什么。

就是工厂宣称的灯具可以正常工作时的最大环境温度& w  M. \5 H( Q# Q/ |/ v

IEC 60598-1:2008中1.2.25定义的很清楚：
