- Prepare the samples for testing using prescribed testing methods, following testing standards / specifications, as required. / l) W: P' M0 i- Prepare test plan& D ~8 i- T6 e/ B7 L( t1 K! a
- Issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.& W( z- ?8 A5 m9 J. v+ h
- Apply the standards with appropriate test methods defined by LCIE china procedures when applicable 6 ^1 B- w4 q+ b: a7 T- Apply the interpretations sheets (OSM, CTL, LCIE, etc…) during the tests K2 c% N# d4 ^9 W( s& N- \. {
- Perform construction checks and other testing on electrical products according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants. 7 q+ ?) ?" b8 I7 k j" ?- Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable* Q" _, q3 p& `* | [, _; p& y
- Record the consumable use, if needed# h8 i3 l2 Z" t6 } _/ ]
- Support and supervise if needed Lab. Technicians to conduct testing according to relevant standards. * K* @2 b6 F8 a9 Y( e {- Review test results / data provided by Lab. Technicians.- Manage the samples for subcontracted tests: a# O- j+ A& C# t+ n
- Review the results provided by the subcontracting labs) i( P* F) D) B8 l
-Prepare test reports ( W2 d1 ^( v' m9 v- Transfer for signatory the test folders with all technical documents1 c# }2 c. e4 ^- W
- Transfer the samples to login clerks when tests are finished ; ]1 _2 ]* z, H0 B5 D- Provide feedback to testing Manager regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.Quality! f8 k* D4 O5 I# L/ U( M# O
- Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China. f* c( P) N# q a3 n
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements3 [6 w' r U2 y: V
