whose fixing is not dependent on screws and whose removal is obtained by applying a force in

an approximately perpendicular direction to the mounting/supporting surface shall comply with

A force is applied approximately perpendicular to the mounting/supporting surface. The force

若答案是肯定的，那做拉力又该如何实施？我是直接拉灯泡来测试里面的灯泡座与外壳之间的稳定性可以吗？谢谢！

黑色线框不算是Cover，外面红色线框应该可以看成是Cover。我理解的Cover是包裹基本绝缘。按照你图片结构分析黑色线框部分它是一个基本绝缘整体。

楼主，根据我的理解，这项考核类似插头插座IEC 60884-1标准的条款。
2 V! ^0 V$ U9 k/ m% W2 l  这个COVER你所画出的都不属于，它应该类似于产品外壳，比方说墙壁插座，它有一个提供防触电的外盖板，这个盖板就是COVER，因为没有专门的固定装置（如螺钉），但要求这个盖板不能随便取下，但在力度较大时又必须取下，所以规定了两个力，施加小力时取不下，大力时必须取下。这里就是20和80N，灯具和插头插座标准不像家电那么考究，专门有个22.11的可拆卸部件试验。- ?* S( f+ B: G! @1 a/ b* H2 a

7 N% M0 ?$ P# S2 A! {4 W还有一个分歧就是，此时是否考虑更换光源时打开产品的情况。如果考虑的话，那么后面的部分就类似COVER；如果不考虑，就只有产品外壳。3 c5 e* _- u  @& w

after a sheet of hard material, (1 ± 0,1) mm thick, has been fitted around the supporting frame

适用的，接到过类似这样产品的欧盟投诉，同样的问题
