标题: EMI测试仪器的如何校准才能准确无误
   大家好,有个问题想请教下各位。
. A% j9 J* i  t; s  我们公司用的是R/S的EMI测试仪(一台V型网络和一台分析仪),按照说明书上说的进行自校,但是我用的同一个产品,连续测试出来的数据相差偏大。(第一次测试按照标准上稳定的时间,然后进行测试。第二次是等测试完成后过了两个小时然后同样按照标准再次测试)) r8 y5 d# s6 B* J# d, r4 c
   我想知道的是,自校后测试如何使同一个产品测试出来的结果相差不大?0 v1 l: t3 p0 _+ l" r% A

I have also used the R&S test receiver and LISN to have the EMC test. So far, the repeatability is within +/- 1.5 dB for the same test sample under the same test conditions (test mode, loading and placement). To know what has happen to your testing, would you mind telling us

测试的产品是节能灯。灯电压220V 频率 50HZ 功率30W  。 V型网络接的稳压源,220V电压,50HZ的频率,产品接入V型网络中。。。。。。。。。。
1 C) E3 U4 J5 q% W9 K. W, a  S& m$ T  按照EN55015的标准,测试9K-30M这个段位,是在屏蔽房中进行测试% Q( R  g$ f  Q& T
  产品放在木质的小桌子上,离地面40cm,里四周前面各80cm,桌子下方有铁板,且有接地。   灯放在标准的灯罩内(灯罩是铁做的,有接地)
. s" ^# ?: B+ x   以上这些工作做好后,灯预热15分钟后开始测试,第一次测试在1M的段位上离限值有10dB的余量。第二次测试,以上方法不变,测试出来的1M的段位上离限值只有5dB的余量。
* C  }! g" M) y! c! s) ^    因为R/S的仪器是采用打点方式来计算余量,我想知道的有两个问题。' ^9 {( k- f! p0 C, s
  1:是不是我的测试方法有问题?0 W! A" m: |- t/ V: X8 K
  2:R/S的打点计算余量是根据什么标准来判定结果的?- j1 w5 ^" p* b+ G0 |# {

Perhaps, the problem is not coming from the R&S test receiver. The lamp's data changes with the total amount of its working times. Therefore,  there are "Ageing", "Stabilization time" and "Statistical estimation" requirements in EN55015.( j: u( f  [% j8 N; M/ q
  B4 D6 j- ?0 V- m# q
For energy saving lamp, the ageing time of a test sample is at least 100 hrs. The warm-up time is 30 mins before making the measurement. Was your test sample well prepared according to these two requirements?- V6 x. Y  m$ _. }* @

$ ^. U! F' a7 B% nFor R&S test receiver, it will use the PK mode to scan and search the peaks of data. Only the peaks above the user defined threshold will then be taken the formal measurements and compared against with the limits.

测试的样品是要送TUV做认证的。$ Y. S5 E+ t8 U! B- C% P# E
因为我们公司的实验室是可以做目击测试,R/S的仪器也是和TUV的一个型号。担心的是怕我们测试出来的样品数据和TUV测试出来的数据相差偏大。
" w$ {$ _. P/ r# B' A   灯都是按照标准来做的测试,测试前已经老化100h,待预热15分钟以后再开始测试。

As you are using the same test receiver as TUV, your equipment is reliable. 7 A2 [3 b" \( T  D

' c* F' y6 i; @# _' Z$ AIn fact,  I just follow the ITS-HK method. ITS-HK is using the built-in feature of test receiver.  This feature is named as "Automatic Final Measurement with Threshold Scan" in the operating manual. The test receiver will have a fast prescan. If the measured level exceeds a limit line, or violates a margin defined for this line, the final measurement is performed. Hence, the number of readings is depending on the setting of margin. By using the equipment built-in feature, I have never used the R&S EMC32 Test software.% _# r/ x6 ?  N. ?, `

The cabling of the conical housing also affects the data. Hence, you may check your test setup against with the requirements in EN55015. For details, pls read my attachment., g# v2 X; e! r8 x' y9 [& c) E

By the way, TUV will get the witness test for your lamps. You need not worrying about so much.  TUV will point out the problems for you during his witness. For the CFL, you should test at least five samples and calculate the mean value and standard deviation to decide the EMC compliance.  That means a problem in a single lamp will not quite critical.

You are correct that the R&S test receiver provides a self-calibration function. Normally, I will perform the self-calibration before making any measurements. So far as I know, ITS-HK even uses an independent calibrator to generate the stable signals for checking his test receiver daily./ I6 W/ a9 v% ^; p% D3 o) h* m0 h

It is a good idea to keep a reference sample for checking your equipment. As a reference, the sample has better getting the stable data which is not affecting by time or temperature. However, the energy saving lamp seems not a good sample to give you a stable reference.

I use two different types of reference to check the test receiver :4 A. G6 |0 h3 k
   1) the bulit-in tracking generator of the test receiver4 t9 ]5 O- X+ ?% E* i1 J; J% t" W
   2) a switching adaptor with the rated resisitive load% K. J. U( Y& J' ]: q
0 s: E1 I+ L9 R1 q% p! r
If the abnormal data is found, I even use the sine waves of a calibrated signal generator to check the test receiver.

It is sorry that the procedures cannot be opened because they are the controlled documents in my company. In fact, the reference is just used as the in-service check for the whole test setup. If there are something wrong in cabling, grouding, LISN and test receiver, then different test results will be obtained. Hence, you may feel free to select any reliable and stable source as your reference.

2 U1 H# R# p) L2 M2 C9 H3 O. W( }About the equipment calibration, the R&S test receiver already provides you the built-in self-alignment. Whenever you are performing the "CAL TOTAL", the equipment will automatically use its internal calibration signal source to have the self-alignment. For the details of this calibration feature, you may read your on-hand operating manual.
