建议买个电饭锅来参考一下,你那塑料件上面没有散热孔,我估计那样温升会很快,会导致通不过,还有塑料必须是VO级的了,虽然我没做过类似产品,但我们线盘,插座上面对这要求是非常严格的,UL认证产品的附材应该要有UL证书,我想那个塑料要有UL黄卡的作者: gaoyimin123 时间: 2011-1-29 08:38

2. 根据UL1026 7.6节该产品塑料外壳材料可以选择燃烧等级为HB的塑料材料,但是必须要满足以下两种条件中的一个:# S2 _ m" j; P( `" h2 h& V& T
(1) 产品中有过热保护,HAI小于或等于1, HWI小于或等于4,带电部件到塑料外壳(包括外壳内的加强筋或其它部分)至少有12.7mm的距离。或) W# i g+ o! J5 Z
