1) The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising

all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote

international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To

La présente Norme internationale définit un essai qui détermine la résistance du module à

1 Scope and object

This International Standard defines a test which determines the resistance of the module when
; {# ]0 c' h: c5 v, y# z4 Z' d
exposed to ultra-violet (UV) radiation. This test is useful for evaluating the UV resistance of

materials such as polymers and protective coatings.

The object of this test is to determine the ability of the module to withstand exposure to ultraviolet
