以前我做过同样的产品在香港ITS作的报告中，也未测试USB端口的骚扰功率，2款数码相框功能都是差不多的，可以播放图片，MP3,MOVIE，有USB，SD卡,耳机接口； & O' Z$ }0 q- C # n0 M' ~1 I: M5 E& I6 J' ?% A/ c香港ITS是用双法规作的，读图片和遥控器模式下用22，24限值，播放MP3,MOVIE用的13,20的限值，整个报告我也看了，没有测试骚扰功率 - i+ s: @, p2 a6 }* n而大陆的ITS用的13法规测试的，没有测试辐射，测试的骚扰功率 * X& O+ E. k; Z7 }' H$ F; H同样的产品为何作CE认证测试项目不一样呢？，哪位大师来解读下其中的原因 : I9 c% s4 V/ Z7 R8 w9 ]. `% c: }5 D$ e8 F1 Z2 A

ITS-HK should be correct. I think your photo frame is using the USB cable for computer communication purpose. If that is the case, the EN55022 and EN55024 will be used for testing while the product is getting the data transfer to (or from) the computer. : t: E" A' E% C: d

Under this situation, your product will be tested with EN55013 and EN55020. As no USB cable is connected uder this operating mode, the absorbing clamp test is not necessary. 法规没有规定到那么细，但是既然有USB接口，那肯定就要做测试了。具体可能要看你们客户的要求了吧。可能我们用的专业术语不是一样，你指的辐射骚扰是RE，那骚扰功率是什么？
