IEC/EN 60825-1 is applicable to laser product only. If your product does not have the Laser diode inside, this standard is not necessary. One the other hand, if your product gets laser diode, this standard will be used to determine the Laser CLASS., B) D% g5 C3 w) i& K

IEC/EN 62471 is only suitable for lighting product only. Your Ultrasonic Range Finder seems nothing related to lighting or lamp.
