标题: 请教一个电器测试---GLOW WIRE COMPLIANCE
我们公司做咖啡壶之类的家用电器，今天碰到一个欧规产品要求做GLOW WIRE COMPLIANCE，说是IEC 60335-1 // EN60335-1 EDITION 4 (2004)中有提到。现向大家请教，这是个什么测试，有什么测试要求？

灼热丝试验,这个试验是要求塑料块能够在指定温度下能够不起火或者是样品离开热丝后30S内熄灭,宣纸不燃烧,
试验做起来简单,需要灼热丝测试仪, 就是一个密封箱,在里面试验,还有要测试哪些个部位,温度多少, 这个标准里面有说明的,

Attended use: Glow wire test at connections and materials within 3.0mm Glow wire with 750 oC, if current > 0.5A
Glow wire with 650 oC, for other connections
Unattended use: Glow wire test at connections and materials within 3.0mm Glow wire with 750 oC, if current > 0.2A, the flame shall be less than 2s
Glow wire with 650 oC, for other connections
Needle flame test for plastic within Ø 20mm and 50mm above

经了解后，是灼热丝燃烧测试.但有产品在申请UL证书的时候，客人也提到要做这个测试，美规有这种要求吗？

UL的好像不用的吧，他只要是燃烧等级区分就可以了有UL黄卡就OK了
