这种产品是设计来锻炼平衡能力，而且可能会由小孩子自己驱动来玩，所以只要符合4.15的要求，再4.15.1.5 Braking 的要求里面这种产品是豁免刹车要求的。作者: tassx 时间: 2010-1-7 19:21
