自我声明不是简单的说一句“已经符合某某标准”就可以万事大吉了，他还需要大量的工作要做，由于企业对欧盟标准的 不了解，往往出现偏差，造成很多次的自我声明失败。已经自己做过自我声明的企业都知道，做自我声明，他在复杂程度、程序、技术文件的真被方面绝对不比找认证机构省事。因为找认证机构的话，还会有认证指导，相对简单、快捷，不会造成公司的重大损失。) V! h# I2 F {6 @

CE自我声明好像要符合以下条件：. u9 k/ Q8 X( e# `+ [, L( I5 \
1． 用于简单的、大批量的、无危害产品，仅适用应用欧洲标准生产的厂家。 7 ~1 Y, t& ?9 R1 c2． 工厂自我进行合格评审，自我声明。7 C/ m' L: P; n1 P7 p) j9 [
3． 技术文件提交国家机构保存十年，在此基础上，可用评审和检查来确定产品是否符合指令，生产者甚至要提供产品的设计、生产和组装过程供检查。6 x% U( \' E4 r6 r" R: b. g

CE自我符合性声明，即时是制造商自己出，也得有符合性证据，比如测试报告等才能宣告的。作者: baocanger 时间: 2009-8-25 14:33
测试报告是有的，制造商也是在对产品测试合格后才进行的声明。最近海关查德比较宽，除了正常该查的3C，还要查CE，UL等，不知道是什么意思，提供给他们CE声明时，他们提出为什么没有这个工厂的声明这样的疑问，不知道在哪里有官方的文件说这个声明只要制造商出具就可以了？作者: fasten 时间: 2009-8-25 14:53
