普通的很平常用的那种橡皮刷,在美国是否豁免小物件?

橡皮刷、削笔牙这些都是文具，个人觉得不算小物件

要看这个橡皮擦是什么样子的， 如果做成水果型、食物型或有特殊气味，对小孩有吸引力的话，就要注意small Part，而且还要做艺术材料测试。

原文如上，最接近的应是蜡笔、粉笔、铅笔和钢笔等书写工具，但橡皮擦就是没有提到，判不判为小部件豁免，那就见仁见智了，说标准没有严格指出橡皮擦不是小部件也行，说橡皮擦跟蜡笔、粉笔的特性相同，不判为小部件也说得过去
. W2 ~# o/ c/ [& f! o1 u7 C3 g% Q个人建议，橡皮擦适用学前儿童使用，应判断为3+；若按3+测试，还是判为小部件好，因为只要加警告语就OK了，这样稳当一些；至于如果是按6+测试，连小部件警告语都可以不看了

6 d3 o$ ^- O( j- y& o各个标准确实是没提到橡皮豁免小物件，所以确认为TOY去做那评估小物件也无可非议。
4 |+ t0 T. X  J( ^4 X说橡皮擦跟蜡笔、粉笔的特性相同，不判为小部件也说得过去， 就看自己观点。
