请问EN 71-1 中利尖、利边判断、突出物并没有像ASTM F963中指明滥用测试前后都要判断，是不是

1 L+ j$ u4 p% o, t就意味着只要在滥用测试前判断就行了？还是标准中所说的可触及边、可触及尖点、突出物包括滥用

测试前后的？

滥用测试前后都要符合,即测试前后都要判断

3岁以下的滥用前后都看，3岁以上的只看接受状态

对于EN71-1，一些三岁以上的玩具有些也需要做跌落测试，为了一些警告标示做跌落，譬如说一个适合三岁以上儿童玩耍的木制玩具，在接收到时候不存在小部件，为了发现潜在危险， 会做一些相关的滥用测试，直到找到小部件为止，如果扭力和拉力测试做完还没有出现小部件，跌落就自然而然也要做了，包括小球警告语句也是类似的。

对于ASTM F963，8岁以上（不包括八岁）的玩具不需要做滥用测试，所以八岁的玩具需要做滥用测试，八岁以上就不要做跌落测试了。尖点和利边测试则只针对八岁以下的玩具（不包括八岁）。

EN71-1与ASTM F963两个标准的结构不同

  G0 l: q3 E7 P9 U) HEN71-1是按年龄划分为两大项：
; O/ @  `1 _; W3 \/ t! [4.X项是一般要求，5.X项是针对三岁以下的特定要求。三岁以下则需要做一般的滥用。
其中，4.7（边）、4.8（尖端及铁线）只需按滥用前判断（铁线需弯曲滥用后），而5.1项（涉及利边、利尖等）则需要滥用后也判断。
" y4 L! S5 D$ c8 b5 L因此，若按3+进行测试，则利尖、利边只需按滥用前判断。
* p: D" i3 T: B9 }& f$ U+ h: M
! j7 w: d7 {1 c而ASTM F963则是按特征分项：4.7（边）、4.9（尖端），每一项里面包含了不同年龄段。
  n5 s5 R. {3 m4 e& U5 m4+：允许功能性利尖、利边
8+：不需要一般滥用

EN71-1对有保护盖的突出物进行60N拉力测试

意见不统一，你就再好好研究一下标准吧。标准的东西就是仁者见仁，智者见智，大家的意见也只是供你参考而已。
/ N0 ^: c: R, V! s6 Q4 X% a" x在EN里面，3-都要做abuse,3+只有部份才需要做abuse（protective component, driving mechanisms, masks and helmets, projectile's protective components, etc.)
! @1 g9 _% T+ P; W, C" y( _/ U所以很多3+产品只需要看as-received 状态的危险。
