标题: UL黄卡问题
.我們知道IEC60335-1總則裡面,對於塑膠件要根據溫升及非正常測試的結論,要測試球壓,通常情況下我們會根據溫升測得的溫度值日去比對UL黃卡裡面的RTI值! Q; l+ ?$ v7 p# w, ~+ s- s6 n
A.很多情況下,歐規送測注重球壓輿Glow Wire測試,美規送測通常注重UL黃卡?
4 Z% H  H, y; @! Z0 iB.黃卡裡面羅列的RTI值代表的是相對值還是絕對值?% V  K9 y* W- d* p' \
C.RTI有三個值,要看哪個值作為依據?

RTI是相对温度值,三个值表示在电气,机械,静态三种不同情况的温度。如果分不清是用在什么方面就选三个中最低的一个

就是说,不是成品,只是针对某个部件的UL就叫UL黄卡?

只对UL认可的塑料材料有UL黄卡,是塑料性能参数的指标.

RTI的出处在UL746C中,相关章节: Relative Thermal Index 37.1 The relative thermal index of a material is to be based upon an evaluation of long-term thermal-aging data obtained under a program described in the Standard for Polymeric Materials – Long Term Property Evaluations, UL 746B.
/ }. @3 i, x, U37.2 Essentially, the Standard for Polymeric Materials – Long Term Property Evaluations, UL 746B, procedure allows the thermal-aging characteristics of a material to be determined by measuring the changes in its properties to a predetermined level by aging at each of several elevated temperatures, plotting the logarithm of time at each temperature against the reciprocal of absolute temperature using the best-fit straight line by the least squares method of regression analysis. The time-temperature relationship may be expressed as:

; r2 {) p$ ]# H2 S- e/ s+ JRTI,相对保证温度,是UL保证材料使用的最高温度。单位为℃。有时也只标注为TI(保证温度)。里面有三个指标, Elec:Electrical,; Z4 |2 p4 n9 y& E
IMP:Impact,. m0 ~! m( a$ k2 A7 Y7 L  r
Str:Stress, Elec表示对于电气特性的TI ;imp表示有冲击负荷时的TI;str表示静态下的TI。 一般都使用第一个。

UL 是做塑料起家的,所以他在塑胶方面是最看重。黄卡里的是相对值。接触带电体就选“elec”,当外壳就选“impact”,如果既接触带电体又当外壳就选两者中温度较低的,不是以上情况就选“stre”。
