1.依據”商品驗證登錄及自願性產品驗證工廠檢查作業程序”及”商品驗證登錄9 O& V0 D0 U4 s3 I
及自願性產品驗證工廠檢查作業要點”制定此說明資料。This information is4 |7 N- f+ {8 U4 P( [
prepared according to “Commodity RPC/VPC factory inspection procedure” and
6 s. p7 ^8 C- I+ n, ?- F“Commodity RPC/VPC factory inspection operation guidance”
( V/ P1 q$ R" O' U＊2.申請對象：欲辦理驗證登錄符合性評鑑程序七及自願性產品驗證之工廠檢( Z4 v) V; |$ a7 b  u' q
查。Applicable Subject: Anyone who like to apply module 7 (factory inspection) of RPC; L, G* v  r' g% L4 }" A4 Z2 v$ u' ]

(4) 工廠平面配置圖。(Layout diagram of factory)

(7) 產品之型式試驗報告或已申請型式試驗之證明文件。(Type test, |& G% A$ U0 J8 x

(8) 代理國外生產廠場申請工廠檢查者，應檢附委任書及證明文. a  w  l+ e# j* H/ l# B2 f+ ?8 z

' K3 ]/ u7 b! h(9) 其他經標準檢驗局指定之文件。(Other document required by  @* ]1 w' l$ @. Z/ L# j9 [+ v8 k
BSMI)7 ?( v5 {" S5 S
(10) 經濟部標準檢驗局或其認可之CNS12680 系列品質管理系統2 F- o* A% x2 _$ S! o6 z
登錄證書。(IS09001 certificate issued by BSI or approved

' b# w" Z& N1 \4 _. l+ v前(3)~(9)項若為外文者，ETC 得要求申請人加附中文譯本。
) `7 q/ Q1 Q$ O# v! m0 T(ETC may ask for document with Chinese translation if document for item
' c! F1 b$ n3 c$ w8 M6 C3-8 are in foreign words)( ?+ Y+ X& P+ i* Q+ D. ]6 B- {
(11) 項非必要文件，但若提供的話，得免檢查部分項目。

(三) 受理時，即需核對申請資料，有不齊全時可視情形於執行初次工廠檢2 e1 `7 K% i* c6 ]
查前提供給本中心。(We’ll review all your sent document when handling, if not
8 o3 H3 T, ]. r, g% f+ n: ccomplete, we’ll not establish project, however in some cases, we can accept" b, Z& x7 X+ S4 W7 F9 |
establishing this application, but applicant must make it complete before our factory

2 w4 [, f' `+ ~+ A  f9 D(四) 收費依本中心之規定。(Inspection fee will follow our center’s requirement)
; w& F& w/ k# d. M4.檢查人天原則視工廠申請範圍多寡/人數等情形而定，並經客戶確認。  p6 P, }, X/ B2 I
(Inspection man-day will depend on the applied product category (ies)/factory employees

(3) 符合製程需求之製造流程。(Manufacturing in compliance with

(5) 專業檢測人員訓練。(Inspection/testing specialist training)

(9) 已驗證產品之情形與變更。(Change and status of certified product)
! T" j( [, ~+ b: J9 d  w(10) 經濟部標準檢驗局對個別商品種類訂定之工廠檢查特定要

6.初次工廠檢查結果符合規定者，將發給工廠檢查報告。(Inspection certificate will

/ W' m2 W8 A, p7 M( u) X7.以工廠檢查報告取得商品驗證登錄之生產廠場，須接受後續工廠檢查的安
  d2 S5 t% L1 O! b# @排，原則上每年至少一次，但情況特殊者得增加檢查次數。(Factory registered

the minimum; however inspection frequency can be increased in some special situation)& A4 w! l- e: O# Z% \" _
8.後續工廠檢查時應執行取樣，查核與驗證登錄模式二原型式之一致性，必要: l) B; d9 B+ ~
時進行測試。(During performing follow up inspection, sample request is required to( u  i' O! W$ ~% s" W* D
check the consistency with original product type as mentioned in module 2, also test
