标题: UL/CUL漏电流测试疑点
近期做一个UL/CUL 65案子的时候,一类设备,测试U2有390mV,开始认为FAIL了,但是UL工程师看了下标准后说CLASS I对此有放松,可以放过,但我看了下UL 60065标准的确有提到只要测MIU值就行了,但是CUL用的是IEC的标准,里面没提到不用测U2也没有看到对CLASS I有放松条款啊?迷惑中,请各位帮忙解释一下,谢谢.

看CAN/CSA22.2 No。60065的9.1.1.1下面的叙述:
5 q2 |+ F+ G9 X3 t: P8 s1 CFor CLASS I constructions the r.m.s. TOUCH-CURRENT to earth shall not be more than 3,5 mA.
0 L" a' s+ B8 h. C/ |The measurement shall be carried out with the measurement network described in annex D of1 R5 p: R: g0 f6 `8 z0 V
this standard and with the protective earthing connection disconnected.

: S2 v5 y$ r/ V  Q  [9 K0 Q& u对啊,是有这样的描述,但是在这之上的U1/U2的说明中并没有说CLASS I可以不用测的啊或是说测出的值可以大些啊

IEC标准,对1类它是3.5MA,对2类它是0.7MA,已经大了很多了!

我的主要疑问是，对CLASS I ，UL/CUL里面有哪里提到可以只测漏电流，不用测U2的？还是U2对CLASS I有其他放宽要求？

我谈的是音视频产品，不是家电产品，你到底问的是啥产品？如果是家电产品，咋要看UL60065？

当然是65啦，65才要测U1/U2的嘛，要是95就不用测啦  d- }% R. |% n" p4 h

Studied...., I'm also a little confused that sometimes UL needs to test the leakage current, but others, there is no specified leakage current...
