请教：

在EN60950中，basic 和　supplementary 绝缘的定义使我困惑。　请高手举例说明一下这两者的差别。

补充一点,附加绝缘一定要跟基本绝缘才能构成双重绝缘

是不是可以这么理解，supplementary 绝缘是不能独*立存在的： 只有在basic 绝缘存在的情况下，才存在supplementary 绝缘的概念？

不应该这么理解. supplementary绝缘可以独*立存在, 是当基本绝缘失效的情况下它可以起到作用.
3 i9 g0 _4 J- [/ c: f比如:  
一二次侧之间的一根线材本身具有基本绝缘,线材上有绝缘套管,那么绝缘套管起到辅助绝缘的作用, 而两者在一起就是双重绝缘了.

R/I: "A single insulation system which provides a degree of protection against electric shock equivalent to D/I under the conditions specified in ehis standard."变压器中使用的三层绝缘线应该就是这种了~~

加强绝缘是依靠电器外壳与电极间的空间间隙来保证的，例如电吹风机。

三層絕緣線是屬於2.10.5.4 Wound component, 與R/I的定義有些許不同

– SUPPLEMENTARY INSULATION: two layers, wrapped or extruded;
