3.3.5 Table 3E

c The sum of the cross-sectionalareas of the screw and the nut shall not be less than three times thecross-sectional of the conductor size in Table 2D or Table 3B as applicable.

这段话说的螺母与螺帽截面积之和不小于3倍的导体截面积，请问螺母与螺帽截面积之和是指什么？二者不是相同吗？
