终于看明白一点了，大概总结一下： 8 g" N* X# P0 ?8 n: K) W出口澳大利亚 2016年3月开始 现在供应商先注册到EESS，然后看产品类型 是否也需要注册到数据库。原先的ACMA和EESS现在共用EESS数据库。2 t3 A/ `" L4 n# O- u- p

EESS管控电气安全，50VAC以上的家用的电子电气产品， 分三类产品：* F# ]. w- G. v& a# R
Level 2 & 3 产品必须注册到数据库，强制RCM标志，包括适配器，充电器，电视机 和 家电等。 " a2 @+ }$ R& y( S9 y1 bLevel 1 的 自愿使用RCM标志。无需ESSE供应商注册。无需产品注册。若要使用RCM标志，要供应商注册，并持有DOC和产品安全证明。0 y; W" w! f' P+ | c7 Q
