网上注册现在还没开始，具体怎样操作还不清楚．等一有消息马上通知大家．ＥＰＳ强制执行的日期推迟到２００９年４月１日．应该是在执行起来比较难又推迟了．这方面澳洲跟我们国内很像的．

关于Adaptor,销售到澳洲，涉及的认证主要有：6 O8 w  b- E/ q5 P1 a
1）安规：电源在澳洲属于强制认证产品，需要申请认可证书（Certificate of Approval），根据Adaptor的用途，适用的标准可以是AS/NZS 60950，AS/NZS 61558，AS/NZS 60065等等，如果采用一体化的澳洲插销结构，还必须通过AS/NZS 3112的测试。
( C9 x8 c- q+ j2）电磁兼容：如果是电子的开关电源，则一定要打C-tick，必须通过EMC测试。如果是AC/AC的线性电源，则可以不用C-tick。AC/DC的，通常也需要C-tick。测试标准可以是AS/NZS CISPR 11或22。
; @; z* v( k  G7 K3）能效：即通过MEPS测试，并登记。目前登记尚未开始。MEPS的测试标准是AS/NZS 4665.1&2.

we received the 2008 fact sheet today!  the adaptor must meet the requirement since Oct.1 2008.But the 2006 fact sheet declare the validity is from Apr.1 2009. which one shoud be trusted?; Y- c+ V: G9 W# P+ W3 i* v- U4 Y  M

It is expected that from 1st December 2008 in Australia and 1st April 2009 in New Zealand (see update to introduction date and scope - released 24 April 2008) most External Power Supplies with a nameplate output power rating up to 250 Watts, manufactured or imported for sale in Australia or New Zealand will be required to meet minimum energy performance requirements (MEPS). Introduction of MEPS is still subject to a regulatory impact statement and approval by the Ministerial Council on Energy.

5 E: w- K9 q( A$ `The intention of MEPS is to increase energy efficiency by eliminating low efficiency external power supplies from the market and to encourage the use of high efficiency power supplies.

) _% v* d2 L0 U5 S; a+ yProducts covered include external power supply units (often known as 'a.c. adaptors', 'plug packs' or 'power-packs') with a nominal 230 V a.c supply supply input and a single output at extra low voltage (ELV), either a.c. or d.c., and a maximum output of 250 W or 250 VA.! The units covered are not built into the equipment being powered and hence are 'external' to the device being powered. Designs covered include units with an integral mains plug, 'in-line' units and units with provision for equipment to sit in a cradle whilst being used.

has an input from mains supply (usually 110 V, 60 Hz; 230 V, 50 Hz; 240 V, 50 Hz or a range including some or all of these input conditions); and
$ j  N# [, r9 B$ z) U  [has one ELV output (either a.c. or d.c.) that is either at a fixed voltage or user selectable through a selector switch; and $ A! M' [& I5 E4 l
is sold with, or intended to be used with, a separate end-use product that constitutes the primary load; and
4 w- ]) K: u+ P8 P9 k- o$ a9 _is contained in a separate physical enclosure from the end-use product (i.e. the housings of the power supply and its associated product are different, not their retail packaging); and $ y5 I( b5 F, e: e7 A6 f' D" u  S
is connected to the end use product via a hard-wired or removable male/female electrical connection, cable, cord or other wiring; and ) {6 }3 M5 F+ @: f2 F" A
does not have batteries or battery packs that physically attach directly to the power supply unit (including those that are removable e.g. a battery pack for a portable electric drill); and
$ X, e+ W/ H8 f5 x) bdoes not have a battery chemistry or type selector switch and an indicator light or state of charge meter.

2）如果燃气产品有电器的东西在里面，需要做整个燃气产品的MEPS证书？还是只要对其电器配件做认证就行了？

Yaya，我问个问题，什么公司有资格申请MEPS？镇流器的能效标准里面有写澳洲本土的制造商，或者海外制造商在澳的代理或进口商。也就是说中国的制造商或贸易商不能直接申请能效认证？
4 C5 [2 E; g) N1 m0 c- P1 Y如果我帮一个澳洲进口商申请，因为密码是发到电子邮箱的，能不能注册的时候电子邮箱写我的，等申请完之后再改回他的邮箱（系统支不支持更改邮箱）？因为客户总想什么都有人代劳，并不想亲自去申请。
