X6 o; [Accessible  conductive parts  separated by  double or  reinforced insulation,  e.g.  live parts  and the  body  or  primary  and secondary  circuits,  may  be bridged (conductive bridged)  by  resistors  or Y2 capacitors  provided they  consists  of  at  least  two separate components  of  the same  rated value  (resistance  or  capacitance),  each rated for  the total  working voltage and whose impedance is  unlikely  to change significantly  during the individual  lifetime  of  the  luminaire.  If the  working  voltage does  not  exceed the  rated voltage  of  the  capacitor,  accessible  conductive parts  separated  by  double  or  reinforced  insulation  from  live  parts,  as  above,  may  be  bridged  by a single Y1 capacitor.

Y1  or  Y2 capacitors  shall  comply  with relevant  requirements  of  IEC  60384-14 and if  resistors are  used  they  shall  comply  with  the  requirements  of  test  (a)  in  14.1  of  IEC  60065:2001, Amendment  1:2005. ) x4 z- P1 l3 `3 Q8 b' D: o4 s& L

4 u0 G+ S5 Y* a" `( O# d! mNOTE  Compliance with  IEC  60384-14 for  capacitors  and with  IEC  60065 for  resistors,  ensures  that  the resistance or  capacitance  will  not  significantly  change  during  lifetime.

二次电路可触及，初、次级间就必须采用两个独立的保护阻抗。对吗？
