27.3 If a detachable part having an earth connection is plugged into another part of the
appliance, the earth connection shall be made before the current-carrying connections are
established. The current-carrying connections shall be separated before the earth connection
when removing the part.
For appliances with supply cords, the arrangement of the terminals, or the length of the
conductors between the cord anchorage and the terminals, shall be such that the currentcarrying
conductors become taut before the earthing conductor if the cord slips out of the cord
anchorage.
大家是怎么理解这两段内容的呢？
针对第一段是可拆卸的，就是类似于无绳熨斗累的，接地端子最后分离。
第二段，是说载流导线要在接地导线之前被拉紧。
问，如果是载流导线已经接到一个插片式的端子上了，是否要跳过这个端子去考虑？
如图，途中所有的连接处都是插片式的。

不太明白你说的跳过这个端子考虑是什么意思，能否描述得具体点，最好有个图

简单点说，第二点，地线要比L/N 线长些，（相对于固定点），L/N 线拉紧后，地线还未拉紧。

1）常见的是一些带耦合器coupler的器具，比如电水壶，壶体和底座分开时，L/N是比接地先断开的
2）当电源线卡扣损坏/松脱时，你拉动电源线，L/N要比接地线先断开

接地端子用插片式会不会不牢固啊。

长不一定就是对的。要后绷紧才是对的。

不用了，这种情况只要地线比另外两条电源线长就可以了！

根据你的示意图感觉三条线是分开铺设的，而不像一般的电源线L,N,PE都在一个套管里，分开的我觉得没必要考量这一条，因为每条都可以分开单独拉紧，这种分开的不知道算不算supply cord呢
另外你说的那个插片式的连接端子不知道长什么样...接触的案例少..
