28.2 Electrical connections and connections providing earthing continuity shall be constructed so that contact pressure is not transmitted through insulating material that is

请问：“提供接地连续性的连接的结构”具体是什么来的？后面提到“除非金属零件有足够的回弹力能补偿绝缘材料任何可能的收缩或变形”是否表示螺钉要一个陶瓷戒子或者怎么理解？

“提供接地连续性的连接的结构”为保证与地等电位的连接（或联接）。
接触压力——当两个导体接触时，保证完全接触的力，不应该通过易于收缩或变形的绝缘材料。如：电气连接和接地连续性，不能用塑胶介子。
除非金属零件有足够的回弹力——比如：串激电机中的碳刷，就用弹簧。
