标题: 变压器绝缘材料测试
一、交代背景：刚做这个，不了解请教一下。请问变压器绝缘材料测试即打耐压，翻阅以往UL工程师发的data sheet 要求：测试方法1：1层：2500V;2层：5000V。测试方法2：Samples of theinsulating materials were conditioned for 96 hours in moist air having arelative humidity of 85% to 95% and a temperature of 33°C to 37°C.  The samples were then placed between twoopposing electrodes after the conditioning period.  The electrodes were cylindrical brass rods of6.4mm diameter, with edges rounded to a 0.8mm radius.  The AC test potential of 3000 V was then appliedacross the electrodes for a period of 1 minute.二、请问：变压器上的绝缘材料是指包裹在变压器外面的那一层一层的黄颜色的胶带吗？变压器的绝缘骨架需要测试耐压吗？2层可以将单个绝缘材料叠加测试吗？谢谢5 z$ c$ I$ X9 M- P7 j! z: n

一般是指那胶带4 f' e3 c8 J5 l1 h
可以两层叠在一起
/ ]- y! C1 ]5 M, {6 N骨架一般不需要测试耐压，而是测试温度

之前的人用的是你上述的方法还是芯轴试验？

将2个叠加的材料放在试验仪上，耐压仪调节5000V，1秒。不通过。

那应该是胶带的质量问题，$ f4 ^; V/ P) O8 }' z% K
还有就是你测试的时候胶带切的面积要足够大哦，不然耐压治具上下两电极之间爬电
