标题: 欧盟委员会就皮革标签制度展开公众评议

欧盟委员会日前宣布欧洲启动皮革标签制度真实性的公众评议以作为影响评估的一部分研究。目的在于收集意见，特别是皮革制品标签问题和相关提议的影响程度。公众评议期到2014年1月31日截止。

有一部分问题产生于：

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l          <!--[endif]-->假冒的标签，把仿皮革的产品标为皮革;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l          <!--[endif]-->标签为“皮革”的产品 （例如，“生态皮革”， “合成革” ），可能误导消费者认为皮革来源于动物皮毛;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l          <!--[endif]-->误导和假冒标签对消费者和商家都不利

具体目标是：

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l          <!--[endif]-->确保在欧盟流通的产品使用适当的标签，“皮革”标签仅用在源于动物皮毛的产品上;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l          <!--[endif]-->确保整个欧盟使用协调一致的要求;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l          <!--[endif]-->确保消费者购买产品时，能清楚地了解所购买的产品是真皮或是其他材料制成的以提高消费者的意识。

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l          <!--[endif]-->皮鞋的标签已经受94/11/EC 指令管控，因此鞋类产品被排除在这次评议的范围内。

研究包括具体标签的类型：
