     if the difference between the limits of a rated voltage range does not exceed 10 % of the  arithmetic mean value of  the  range,  the  marking  for  rated power input  or  rated  current  may be related to the  arithmetic mean value of  the range.  这个该怎么理解啊？可以举个例子吗- n* j  L! 额定电压上下偏差范围的差值不超过其平均值的10%,则可以标识其平均值对应的输入功率或电流

例：额定电压220-240V~ 额定功率：3000W 这个功率对应的电压是平均值230V

电压和功率的对应关系只是试验时的用的，铭牌上的标识是要和证书上完全一致的。1 o/ b5 R( H2 d5 Q$ K; X, u
证书上的电压、功率信息是根据检测样品铭牌上来的，只要确定了，就不能随便改了，应该在出报告之前就把这些参数确定下来，以后如要改动就要做证书、报告变更了。

不可以！铭牌必须与证书一致
