见以下UL1598 第5.20.1章节：the requirement of 5.20 apply to surface mounted or recessed luminaires intended serve as a raceway for conductor of circuit other than the conductors of the branch-circuit supplying the luminaire

This clause means: if  the wire in a luminaire is not sever  for the supply connect of the lumiaire, then the luminaire is a raceway.

很久没有温习过UL1598了，我觉得是这样子：1 电源线是双重绝缘有挠度可以弯曲 2 电缆在配线时一定要走线槽，避免外部机械应力损伤（NFPA 70）；
3 h! O, N" Z. i. J/ {我们设计的产品也是这样，如果UL 1015的线材用作AC输入线，一定开辟额外的走线隔间（compartment）
