If these handles, levers and knobs are of metal and if their shafts or fixings are likely to become live in the event of a failure of basic insulation, they shall be adequately covered by insulating material or their accessible parts shall be separated from their shafts or fixings by supplementary insulation. 根据以上要求，除III类产品外，如果其handles, levers and knobs是金属的，则该handles, levers and knobs 必须与live part之间满足加强绝缘或者双重绝缘（如果它与live part之间只满足basic，则其accessible的地方必须要covered by insulating material），即使这个金属的handles, levers and knobs 接地了。对于这点CTL还专门出个决议，见附件。+ S$ A& V5 G$ r; c( x$ T
