所客户反馈，澳洲EMC会有A类标准与C类标准之分，请高手回复一下，这个是什么意思，有点搞不懂，标准不是同样的吗？

A类、B类是基础标准，C类是专业标准。

5 Classification of equipment

– balanced three-phase equipment;
/ l7 B! X4 v6 w! e4 h" @– household appliances, excluding equipment identified as class D;1 f2 A, L  J9 C+ [# U7 P0 `. h
– tools, excluding portable tools;9 p6 i7 W- T9 Y) H
– dimmers for incandescent lamps;# }0 v' [6 |4 _4 ^1 p
– audio equipment." y0 G# @# d  i+ A9 d, \* d
Equipment not specified in one of the three other classes shall be considered as class A6 S) e# Z& I/ \' R& k
equipment./ `3 }1 j3 ?- W0 l) ?
NOTE 1 Equipment that can be shown to have a significant effect on the supply system may be reclassified in a5 ~. S2 I  F, q* C
future edition of the standard. Factors to be taken into account include:
1 ^$ h+ [0 H, l/ [% o; e– number of pieces of equipment in use;9 E9 p4 U! p  k0 B) B: r# Z
– duration of use;
5 o2 A* R' j, g' [. O6 Y9 a– simultaneity of use;
! m, ^/ g5 `0 Q* `$ j( h# s– power consumption;
; {- Z- c, t0 _0 g; m& x4 V9 ?  |– harmonic spectrum, including phase.6 |' g. v% f+ F9 }1 h9 S

Class B:; i2 S+ A) l9 ]' J: C' x4 ?
– portable tools;
$ u6 c# s* f* ~. ]1 d7 u. X7 J4 p– arc welding equipment which is not professional equipment./ Y2 b# _% U+ n* M# n1 P

– lighting equipment.

– television receivers.
