负载端调节滑动变阻器,慢慢将电流增加到8A,维持1分钟

我做过几次LVLE的目击,我们采用的是直流电子负载,另外,提醒一下这个测试本身的可操作性不是很强,应该采用UL1310的“Output Current and Power Test”来测试,步骤我简单总结如下:0 C9 k# u9 P4 a+ m% \
1)首先进行短路测试,找出短路测试中哪些元器件短路后产品不会shut down .7 B  w( M/ c9 F; ^7 ?5 p! \

! b7 T5 `1 d. D% I# b2)测量短路开路对应的最大电流(滑动电阻最大时对应的电流,滑动电阻为0时对应的电流)8 l9 }+ Q- J4 F

+ a; {# n1 _( H9 s& v3)短路步骤1)中元器件,记录输出电流。(滑动电阻从最大调节到0,观察这个过程中的最大电流电压) 7 l  F3 m( i( q' Q4 {
