maximum decibel output testing will performed with cutoff points at 3% THD or 120 dBSPL and with the audio reduction on and off, only off if user can turn off

这个是标准里面的声压测试吗？要用到什么仪器？ “with the audio reduction on and off, only off if user can turn off” 这个什么意思？

要看是什么耳机,有什么功能?带蓝牙的还是劳保耳机 ,测试项目都不一样.

就是普通的耳机，听歌的，有的有个音量控制。输入1KHz 1mW 正弦波测量对吗？
