请问产品中压敏电阻要求满足85度，3KA/6000V的测试要求，依据是什么，标准有更新吗？

这个是元器件的标准要求，如果放在音视频标准中，元器件的要求要基于PCB板上，如果PCB板的限值是75K，你的这个压敏电阻85-35=50K，不符合要求，你觉得呢?

Reference is made to IEC 61051-2 where the following requirements apply:

SUPPLY VOLTAGE of the apparatus.: J' S5 Y4 g8 t* ]: x5 @! b5 ~  P
– current pulse rating (IEC 61051-2, subclause 2.1.2)2 T2 }  f% n0 A; J" G3 ?/ P

Surge suppression varistors shall withstand a combination pulse of 6 kV/3 kA with voltage/ N9 t4 ~& g& m
waveform of 1,2/50 s and current waveform of 8/20 s.

Compliance is checked by applying the test of IEC 61051-2, group 1. After the test, the
# q3 e' N/ g: ^& R( V  S& Cvaristor voltage (as defined in IEC 61051) shall not have changed by more than 10 % when# n) k; v7 `9 M1 o- d
measured with the manufacturer’s specified current.

The coating of surge suppression varistors shall have a flammability category V-0 or better

; c. F7 s2 c) k# ^- J+ yFor apparatus with nominal MAINS voltage of <150 V, the apparatus and a test resistor
7 v% C. _/ i6 \: u% Oconnected in series with the apparatus shall be energised from an a.c. source of 250 V.
, e: y9 K& c2 Z! A1 i* c0 FThe voltage source shall be applied for 4 h or until the circuit path through the varistor
8 i# f' D  c- R8 {: L! u, r2 sopens for each of the test series resistance values: 2 000 , 500 , 250 , 50 . A

压敏电阻3KA/6000V相关参数可以在证书中找到吗(如: VDE证书)? 如果在证书中找不到相关参数, 怎么证明该元件是满足这个要求的呢? 不可能做随机测试吧! 期待高手回复...........

VDE证书上可以看的到

可以针对该项做随机测试。

一般VDE证书上面会有 40/085/56 这个代表在40度条件下做了56天，限定值是85度。如果有For IEC 60950-1:2005, Annex Q 字样，就是满足3KA/6000V要求的。

想问一下，3KA/6000V的测试要求与Type1、Type2、Type3、Type4、Type5有什么联系吗？

xuehua_123 讲的有误，40/85/56是表示工作的operating temperature在-40度到+85度之间，根据标准要求的条件climatic tests 56天，一般还有个continuous operating voltage，也是选择的重要参数，这个在规格书里也可以看到的，以10D471为例，10就是封装的直径10mm，471就是470x10的一次方，也就是470V

UL标准在14.12章节有讲到。
