It was agreed that the following tests are required;
  D+ d( j6 m: w( h1. Locking the rotor when stationary and/ [) b; {2 a) J0 u) a$ q7 X
2. Stopping the rotor when at full speed. This does not necessarily imply an instantaneous
: _& O- @. `; ncessation of movement and a gradual slowing may be appropriate, for example, seizing) s! m# F, y! j: @
