3 B; h" w% j5 Q' R. {6 ^5 m0 BQuestion: When conducting test of sub-clause 19.11.1 one conductor of PCB blow up
Taking into account that:
2 {1 x) @0 c4 b* u6 H8 A- the material of PCB withstands the burning test of sub-clause 20.1 of IEC 65,
- there are no loosened conductor which reduces creepage distances and clearances
$ O+ S$ e7 i4 e6 a3 x8 ]below the required values
" C9 @: q+ m5 K- when the test of sub-clause 19.11.2 is conducted with the open-circuited conductor
bridged, an other part of the PCB blow up,
are the requirements of sub-clause 19.11 fulfilled?
Decision: The circuit complies with the clause of the standard, if the conductor of the
- C9 L; q2 e5 f# C+ H- FPCB is considered as a intentionally weak part of the circuit.
This can be verified by performing the test on another sample and verify that the
4 y5 K# b2 n! d+ hsame conductor blow up (according § 19.1 6th paragraph), and if the conductor is
( M: `0 D) [& a) C) z8 ~defined by the manufacturer like a specially designed weak part.
