Decision: 5 [- e) ]' q% G0 _0 _If the design of the circuit is such that short-circuiting of one capacitor will result in the short-circuiting % l- R4 ?- f, }5 k9 rof the second capacitor, only one capacitor needs to be short-circuited. This is endorsed by the sub clause: D/ R% ^2 x. r' _% L' ~
