其实同样的问题在几本标准里都有碰到过4 D4 v8 R$ c0 b: T) h4 a

嗯。楼上说得不错，61347-2-13确实有分开恒流和恒压的测试的。
那确实，这个章节是评估调节到额定电压下，再评估电流的。如果是恒压的话，不知道怎么测了。% V% F* T* g$ e" [+ R" k
