With the exception of halogen incandescent outdoor luminaires and some high intensity discharge luminaires, luminaires employing screw base lampholders (i.e. ANSI E26, E26d E12, E17, E39, E39d) without dedicated ballasts are not eligible to earn the ENERGY STAR.

除了卤素白炽灯室外灯具和一些高强度放电灯具，雇用基地灯座（即 ANSI E26、 E26d E12、 E17、 E39、 E39d) 无专用镇流器的灯具并不符合资格获得能源之星

大意：“除使用卤素白炽灯的户外灯具和部分HID灯具以外，采用E26, E26d E12, E17, E39, E39d等螺旋灯头的灯具是不能获得能源之星资格的”。
