IEC60335-1 Cl.14测试设备问题

请教各位，能否推荐一两台适合进行IEC 60335-1 Cl.14测试的仪器设备？（波形、脉冲、阻抗、量程均需符合标准要求）谢谢！

The impulse test voltage has a no-load wave shape corresponding to the 1,2/50 μs standard
impulse specified in IEC 61180-1. It is supplied from a generator having a conventional output
impedance not exceeding 42 Ω. The impulse test voltage is applied three times for each
polarity with intervals of at least 1 s.
