加湿机UL998标准中,42.11章与42.12章,
42.11For an extra-low-voltage safety circuit, if operation of the product with a short circuit or grounded
         circuit may result in unsafe operation of the controlled device, spacings shall be not less than as specified
         in Table 13.
42.12For extra-low-voltage nonsafety circuits, spacings are not specified.


其中的extra-low-voltage safety circuit与extra-low-voltage nonsafety circuits怎么理解??谢谢
