单一故障时输出直流电压超过DC60V

我在做开关电源的单一故障时,光耦的次级短路,输出电压竟然达DC65V,然后一分钟左右,输出滤波电解电容爆掉,然后电压仍然超过DC60V,请问这样合格吗?

14.2.2 The maximum voltages which may be accessible in accordance with 14.2.1(a) are:

1) 首先电解电容爆掉都会被认为不合格,因为电解液为导电体,容易造成绝缘失效,当然你可以在异常测试后打耐压验证。但是,即使耐压通过很多认证公司还是会判废的,因为电解电容的电解液的爆开有太多的不确定性。
2)电解液爆开释放的气体被认为是一种有毒的气体,会造成化学伤害。
3)如果你的电路时SELV,看看标准对SELV电路在单一故障下的要求是。。。。?
