Cycle times must be 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off. Lamp will be cycled once for every two hours of rated lamp life. At least 5 out of the 6 sample lamps must meet or exceed the minimum number of cycles

六个测试样品之中，必须至少有5个样品符合 (或超过) 最小周期数的要求。

也就是说，如果宣称8000小时，那么应该循环8000/2=4000次   
（点亮5分钟，熄灭5分钟）为一个循环

那与测试寿命的3小时点亮，20分钟熄灭不冲突吗？
