As your information is not enough, I think your motor-driven product is failed in the measurements with the LISN. If that is the case, perhaps, you may consider using the X-Cap. If the power of your product is high, the inductor will also help in some ways.

If possible, would you mind upload the test data and the product specification to the forum as a reference?

你最好是把你的产品照片，测试数据，原理图发上来让大家帮你分析一下，你这样说大家也是一头雾水。有方案也不好给你说呀
