For thyristor (SCR, TRIAC, GTO, MCT and etc), it will get three pins. Only the Cathode and the Anode will carry the major currents. Hence, the corresponding junctions will be the hotest.
Perhaps, you may consider to put your thermal couple
- on the soldering pad of either Cathode and the Anode pin if your thyristor is purely plastic pakage,
or
- on the metal part of your thyristor if it is something like TO220 package.

一般都是TO220的封装方式,测试本身散热片上的温度~(不是外加的散热片)

直接布在上面就好了啊 一般温度不会差异很大的吧 如果你的可控硅很大, 那就多布几个点
