Number of Units Required for Test: Testing shall be conducted by the manufacturer or its? authorized representative on three randomly chosen units of the same model. Manufacturers shall? measure and maintain the Active Mode, No-Load Mode, and power factor values (if applicable) for all three units as well as the average values. To qualify as ENERGY STAR, all three units must meet the ENERGY STAR specification; only the average values will be displayed on ENERGY STAR’s qualifying product list (see Section 4.E below).
