For safety manager, 10k is reasonable, even in a manufacturing company...if a mananger can not get 10k/month, I think this kind of company is also not so good....
I agree with you. However, almost all companies try to depress your salary as deeply as they can, even they know you may worth more. By the way, could you please tell me more about the tax and welfare beyond salary, as far as you know? Normally, the salary is total income before tax . If 10K in my area, 10% house allowance,9% social security, and plus personal income tax, then total about 30% will be disappeared after tax, that means, about 7K will be available after tax... To clj513 and Andy: thank you very much for sharing your valuable experience!
The tax and allowance are so much that we can't ignore them any more! 听过高的也有15K的
