Yes, the test is very complicated if the power over 19KW, but not many manufacturer produce such type engine in China.
I found a lot of Janpanese manufacturers produce such engines in EPA site and CARB site. Chinese manufacturer need improve their technic. sometimes, huge power enginesmade in chinaisn'tperfect,durining testing it is problematic .
and problematic productovertaxedmynerves, also when a few problem can't settle,feigned test report was born.
