请问一下UL 的CCN到底怎么分类的??
比如说 fuse有Level 1 - JDVS - Fuse Accessories
Level 1 - JDYX - Fuses, Supplemental
Level 1 - JECA - Fuses Certified to International Standards
Level 1 - JDVS2 - Fuse Accessories - Component
Level 1 - JDYX2 - Fuses, Supplemental - Component
Level 2 - FHXT - Fuses, Automobile
等等!这么多种类怎么区分呢,这些分类的区别是什么??
比如我一个产品(如电源),
1.怎么判断哪些fuse能使用,哪些fuse不能使用?
2. 假如我使用的是JDYX,UL做完认证后,是否可以使用JDYX2的替换
3.假如我使用的是JDYX2,UL做完认证后,是否可以使用JDYX的替换 期待高手,我一致以为UL是瞎编的 比如我一个产品(如电源),
1.怎么判断哪些fuse能使用,哪些fuse不能使用?
2. 假如我使用的是JDYX,UL做完认证后,是否可以使用JDYX2的替换

对于电源产品:
1. 只要能通过测试, 那种Fuse都可以使用;
2和 3, 这两种分类的保险管分别为JDYX是UL List 的, JDTX2 是UL Recognise, 使用JDYX做完认证后, 可以使用JDYX2的替换(但需要报备, 还要加做相关测试,OK后才能使用), 使用JDYX2做完认证后, 可以使用JDYX的替换(也需要报备, 但不需要再进行测试, 如果相同技术参数). UL Recognise和UL List 是如何定义的?

简单的说就是recognise就是有条件的认可,最终产品需要根据认可的应用条件选择符合自己应用的recognise的元件。

A: Normally, the CCN is composed by four letters and one number, and the CCN is defined by UL, so for difference between those CCNs, you must see its explaination and its related products standards,if applicable, but here, I'm saying:
XXXX/XXXX7: this kind of CCN is for the UL listing products, and XXXX is for US, XXXX7 is for Canada, all this kind of products must have the UL listing mark("UL" with a circle around it) attached;
XXXX2/XXXX8:this kind of CCN is for UL recognized components, and XXXX2 is for US, XXXX8 is for Canada, all this kind of components may have the UL recognized mark("RU") attached, but this RU mark is not a necessary element for UL, sometimes, it can be ingnored;
XXXX3/XXXX9: this kind of CCN is for some UL XP file, like the attachment and plugs file for the power cords' file, it's not so common.

A: At this time, you must understand your products' standards, then find out which kind of fuse can be used.

A:Of course, if comply with the standards, then you can use, but this revision must be reevaluated and approved by UL first, then you can apply this revision to your products, so at this time, you must focus this kind of issues at the begining of the certification, discuss it with the UL engineer, if two kinds of CCNs both can be used, then you can show the information on your FUS procedure that both CCNs can be used, such as the alternate selection and some kinds of this thing..
3.假如我使用的是JDYX2,UL做完认证后,是否可以使用JDYX的替换

Frankly speaking, most of this kind of issues are very clear, why VN was issued about this kind of things, the reasons are as below:
1. The manufacturer representatives are not so familiar with their products' standards, then they didn't pay more attention to this kind of issues, then VN happens;
2. Even if the manufacturers representatives are familiar with the standards, but they didnot supervise this kind of issues, then change without notification to UL happens and VN also happens as results.
so as a UL manufacturer representative , you must :
1. Be familiar with your products' standards;
2. Check your own products at intervals, and make sure that there is no change on your products and can comply with the FUS procedure's description;
3. If products' change happens finally, then you can judge whether this kind of change needs the UL engineers' reevaluation or some additional tests or only the paper work needed.
4. Show your related colleagues that don't change your products so random, check and discuss first ,then decide...
Make a conclusion: YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT YOUR UL PRODUCTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FUS PROCEDURE'S DESCRIPTION, ANY REVISION, DISCUSS IT WITH THE UL ENGINEER, AND GET THE APPROVAL, THEN YOU FINALLY CAN APPLY THIS KIND OF REVISION TO YOUR PRODUCTS....
